Thanks. I bought a really acidic yellow by mistake this time, so I mixed it with dome cadmium orange and white to get these tones, and, yes, I really like the colours in this too!
I wondered how you came by the color, suspecting there was that acid yellow in it, which is a color I have come to LOVE in the last year or so, never having paid much attention before. How it mixes with other colors and also stands in contrast, I love it for its strength and how it seems to wake up a picture.
It has a Smouldering melancholy about it; I can really engage with it (lucky purchasing error!)
