These 6 small pieces ( two are 12″ square, the other four, 6″square) are being mounted and framed as 3 diptychs for my solo show at Mark Borghi Fine Art in Bridgehampton, Long Island, New York which opens on 20th October.

With Mark Borghi at his gallery, Mark Borghi Fine Art in Bridgehampton, Long Island where I have been invited to show in October.
The painting between us is by Willem De Kooning, and you can see Elaine de Kooning’s painting, ‘Ballpark’ behind Mark. Their current show is ‘Compendium’
Also in this show, paintings by Kenneth Noland, Helen Frankenthaler, Robert Motherwell, Hans Hoffman as well as works by Alexander Calder and John Chamberlain and much more
It was a real pleasure to meet Mark and also Lucy Gong. I am staying in New York City for a month and also visiting his other gallery there where the solo show for Alyssa di Edwardo opens on 12th September. While I am over here I will be working with gallery manager Katherine Gagnon to prepare for my show, and helping her oversee the preparation of my paintings arriving from Ireland, including 4 large pieces that are being stretched locally
