thanks Nannus, indeed! These are field boundary wall stones, unearthed from neolithic farming people from Ceide Fields on the Nirth Mayo coast from 5.7 – 5.2 k years ago. No metal, no wheel. What must farming have been like for them then?
thanks Anne Rose, they seem to be coming faster than I can get them down on canvas, like an eruption, perhaps I should call them the lava series haha 🙂
